Event that changes Jem Finch
Jem changes when he goes up and takes responsibility for his mistakes.
An example of this is when Jem loses his pants on the Radley's fence and
he goes back even though it's very dangerous.

Theme...
A theme for Jem is moral courage. It's his theme because he grows up and takes
responsibility for his mistake and action. An example of this is when Jem loses
his pants on the Radley's fence and even though they almost got shot, he went
back to the Radleys and got his pants.

Jem at the Trail...
Jem has a very mature reaction to the trail. He gets very anxious at the being of the trail but when he finds out that the jury said he was guilty, he couldn't believe and he was very angry. Even after the trail is over Jem gets very angry when it's mentioned. Jem doesn't understand how the jury say he was guilty when they was evidence proving he couldn't have done it.
